I am rejecting this response because: Yes I did speak with *** and *** *** but she skirted around one issue, where she stated both x-rays where the same but because I was a smoker an that they did not have a recent x-ray to compare it with, they where not able to tell that I ha pneumonia on my first trip. As for the HIPPA complaint Mr*** stated that I did not mention HIPPA so that he could not do anything about it. I feel that he did know it was against HIPPA and decided not to do anything regarding it. As for the x-ray, they are trying to tell me that without a recent x-ray they could not tell an because I was a smoker. They have been doing this for years with smokers, it was a way doctors and hospitals used, so I do not believe that either. When asked about the cut on my nose they acted like this was the first time hearing about it. If they went back through all the emails to the Hospital and Mr*** and read them completely then they would know. They are just trying to cover things up. This is why I reject their boiler plate response that says nothing at all about the issues, just what they post in the hospital and want people to believe
