Navajo Hills Apartments

I've been with out heat for 5 months at these apartments, I've told them many times to fix the heat and they just gave me 2 space heaters which my grandson burned himself on,and these little heater made my electricity bill up to 444.00 monthly,I pay 910.00 a month here I should have a working heater not 2 space heater that trip the fuses every time I turn both on. I really dont know what my rights are but I'm sure this is not right.
