Nava Construction

This contractor is trying to scam me for double payment for a construction jub that is still not completed. This contractor assigns check for payment to other people so he doesn't have to pay tax or show payment for services. I reported this to the scherifs department but since it is a civil matter they can't do anything. This contractor also contacted an Attorney to send a suit with faulse information. They is more then my selft that has been taken by this and this contractor is operating without insurance for the company or workers. Many of his worker are not legally in the US either. I have attempted to solve this relationsip but to no avail.
