As a response to the complaint The company was back ordered on the part and we were waiting for the part to become availableAs of the beginning of the year the owner of Sputhe passed awayHe was the only one who ran his businessI was waiting for someone to get back to me to take care of my return so I could take care of the return for my customerUnfortunately my computer crashed and I didn't have any way to get ahold of my customer to let them know what was going onSo I was waiting to hear from them to take care of this matterI would gladly refund themI would need to get their info so I can issue a returnThank you for all your help with this matterI will be back in the office next tues I am out of town on a family emergency at this timeThank you ***
