Nautical Inn

My wife and I booked a room April 6 thru April 8. When we checked in we were told of a $20.00 non negotiable fee per day whether we use the amenities or not ( golf ) ect so $40.00 for nothing. We requested a non smoking room but smoking is allowed on the balconies. I have asthma and we had to move to another room "up wind from the smokers". We went to the "heated" pool and found it very cold. We ask the desk person why the poll was cold and she stated it had been broken for several days and "they" were repairing it. We never saw anyone working on any part of the pool. We never used the "heated" pool at all. And no one told us the pool situation until we asked. We feel misled and lied to and will never go back to what use to be a beautiful place to stay. Phil Perry
