Worst customer service I have ever experiened Unable (in the age of cell phones/texting) to communicate with their service technicians to estimate time of arrival (not even within a four hour time-frame) Canceled service call as it was degrees outside and my Mom had no heat (she is years old) and they could not even say they would be there morning or afternoon
I called Naugle's to assist with my furnace problem..it would turn on, but not stay on. I was quoted a flat fee for them to come out. After the tech arrived, he immediately went out and found that hornets had made a nest that completely blocked off the "exhaust pipe" for lack of a more technical term! :-) He cleaned it out and advised me to put a nylon over the pipe to keep them from returning. I was happy to get heat SO quickly, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again! Our tech was very nice, courteous and speedy!!
