I am rejecting this response because Cars.com has not offered to remove the block on my account which seems to have been placed for the sole reason of creating a free ad There has been no reasonable attempt to resolve the matter caused by their negligence I am asking that a permanent record be created to show that Cars.com failed to resolve the matter and has acted in bad faith
