I purchased a Rainbow cleaning system from nature's way in le MarsI am not only happy with the product but with the customer service as wellWhen our Rainbow stopped working we called the company and they had someone at our house that same day, and we live an hr from the companyHe looked over our rainbow and here I didn't have it plugged in all the wayMe and my husband felt so bad he drove all the way here for something that was my fault we offered to pay him $for his time and gas but he refused to take any money from us and then even gave us a fragrance at no costWhat other company would do that When we bought our rainbow it was definitely worth the price for how well it cleaned and the fact that you have an air purification a vacuum a map and everything else that it does , but now seeing your customer service and how much they care about their customers it's way way way worth the price thank you nature's way and I will be telling everyone I knowLove it!

What other company would do that.
