I am rejecting this response because:We have contacted the company with an alternate dispute resolution proposal and are awaiting their response.

Product was in store. Customer never picked up and then wanted it shipped to Texas. Product has been shipped and received by customer.

I never received the complaint response from Nature's Touch... Just this email about you closing my complaint!....  I got the [redacted] BUT still NO COVER since I was shipped the wrong cover, Although I have shipped them back the wrong cover and they have confirmed receipt of shipping I've yet to receive the CORRECT cover I paid for.And it was not that I didn't pick it up.... It was ALWAYS supposed to be shipped since the second conversation. How disgraceful of a response to state otherwise. PLUS, I was told by LARRY himself that he didn't ship it because he sold it "by accident" to a woman in the store. Please reopen.

Though we disagree with these allegations and would like the opportunity to address the inconsistencies. We feel that it is inappropriate at this time as we are in discussions with [redacted]’s legal counsel.

Revdex.com:I would like my complaint ID [redacted], to be handled through an Arbitration hearing with Revdex.com. Please note I am stationed overseas at this time and will be unable to attend in-person. Thank you.Regards,

Revdex.com:I have decided NOT to participate in Binding Arbitration to resolve my complaint with ID [redacted]. I understand that because I have decided to not pursue arbitration that Revdex.com must close my complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: This completely inaccurate.  We wanted the the furniture we ordered, in the timeframe we were told on the sales contract.  We even gave them a month more time than they originallysaid it would take... Now they are making up things, and making excuses to get out of not taking responsibility for  failing to deliver on thier end of the transaction.  If you look at all of the other complaints against this company,  thier excuses are all the same. They are never at fault. They always twist the situations to blame thier customers.

I am rejecting this response because:I did change my style of sofa before I even had the furniture paid off. They wouldn't submit my order until it was fully paid so that is still no reason to be 4 months late on delivering the furniture. We told you when I bought the furniture that we wouldn't be in Laramie when the furniture was done. That still didn't stop you from telling us free delivery when you wanted to make a sale.

[redacted]

We recieved response from Mr. [redacted] via email on July 18, 2017. General Manager responded to email 7-25-17.

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would agree with the response however the business failed to indicate that they failed to fulfill the order as they missed the two items during production.  This is not the customer's fault and should not be penalized.  Tool-up and fulfill the order.  I have schedule pickup at the store this coming Saturday.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  It is an inaccurate statement and a falsehood to say we didn't specify the needed time frame for picking up the product. When we ordered the product in February, 2016 we DID note that it was for our grand daughter's college graduation  and that we needed it by May 1, 2016.  We paid for the product up front (which admittedly was our mistake and another lesson in business acumen and honesty).  the Nature's Touch rep stated at that time our order was placed early enough and there would be no problem in getting the product by May 1.  After calling him twice to get a status report -- it was obvious we were getting the run around and the the delays  were merely excuses for inadequate follow-up in the details of completing and delivering the product.  The smoke and mirrors, deception of purchasing and obtaining this product was a totally shabby business process and practice.  Our expectations and the promises made by this Nature's Touch Store in the Dell Range Mall were not met in a timely manner nor was the process conducted with integrity.  We did not take possession of the product until June 11 and thus there was considerable angst on behalf of the purchasers and our grand daughter. No apologies were given by the store rep and we felt he was just glad to get rid of us. We expect a written apology from this outfit, a refund of $200 for inconveniences, and general angst in going through a very poor business process.

Mr. [redacted] changed his style of sofa, which in turn changed the fabric layout. This cause a delay in the order because the layout Mr. [redacted] had picked was not compatible with the new sofa style. Delivery is not specified on invoice, salesman may have said that he would drop but there is not way to...

confirm that. Since placing the order and paying off the layaway, Mr. [redacted] has moved from Laramie, Wyoming to Thermopolis, Wyoming.  This is a 4 hour and 45 minutes drive from Cheyenne, Wyoming where store is located.

Customers invoice did not specify the custom height. Product was built standard size and then had to be rebuilt to meet customers wishes. Products were recieved and signed for 10-23-14.

On Mr. [redacted]'s contract, delivery is stated 3rd week of August of A.S.A.P. Mr. [redacted] had a delivery date of September 16, 2016, Mr. [redacted] refused to take delivery at that time. Mr. [redacted] also said he would not be releasing funds for the order at that time. In another conversation Mr. [redacted] agreed to accept delivery on Sunday, October 30, 2016. Mr. [redacted]'s order was shipped to our Cheyenne store on October 20, 2016. We have not been able to communicate with Mr. [redacted] to confirm delivery time, Mr. [redacted] lives at least an hour away from Cheyenne so Sundays are our only possible delivery date for that distance. October 30, 2016 has now passed and still we are unable to communicate with Mr. [redacted]. Nature's Touch stands ready for delivery of Mr. [redacted]'s order as soon as funding on the order is complete and Mr. [redacted] contacts us to make arrangements to set up time and new date for delivery.

Nature's Touch has had several conversations with Mr. [redacted]. The date Mr. [redacted] states the problem occured is before the due date on the invoice. Mr. [redacted] has told Nature's Touch that he would not accept delivery while he had company approximately September 14, 2016, lasting a couple of weeks....

Nature's Touch offered to bring Mr. [redacted] a new set of furniture to use if his order didn't arrive before his company did. Mr. [redacted] refused this and led Nature's Touch to believe that he had already disputed his credit card charges. The custom arch on Mr. [redacted]'s bed broke during assembly. Nature's Touch ordered a new arch but would not make the September 13, 2016 deadline Mr. [redacted] had given. Again, Nature's Touch offered to bring a loaner set and was refused. Mr. [redacted]'s stance on accepting delivery of order has changed several times. Mr. [redacted]'s custom furniture order is ready for delivery. Mr. [redacted] agreed on a delivery date of October 30, 2016. This will be done pending the dispute with the credit card company is finalized and/or reversed before then, by Mr. [redacted].
