Subject: Complaint #*** In regards to my complaint, it still stands. I want Map my fitness to cancel my "membership" and stop annually charging my credit card without my permission, but I did get a credit authorization from Visa so I guess technically the dispute has been resolved. I do not believe Map my fitness has been reasonable in their handling and would still like them to change their policies

The charge has been refunded and the subscription cancelled. She wrote into our support team about the charge 1/3/18 and we responded within 4 hours letting her know that the charge had been reversed and the subscription cancelled. The email address associated with the MapMy account and Paypal...

account was different from the Revdex.com email address, which made it difficult to locate the charge. Once I discovered her old email address, however, it was easy to see that the unwanted charge had been dealt with by our support representatives in a timely manner.
