I have reimbursed [redacted] the amount of $500.00 (more then the original amount) and sent back all paper work given at the time of consultation.

Review: On September 1st, 2014 , we paid [redacted] of Nature Design , the sum of 375.00 to create a complete landscape design for our retirement house in Dagsboro Delaware, with the understanding that the plan would be ready sometime in October or November.. I am still waiting for the design. I have kept all email correspondence relating to these requests and delays. Finally, I late January. I requested a refund, along with the return of my soil analysis, plat of the house, Etc., which she consented to via email. 30 days later, I have not received this refund. I have no confidence that I will be refunded without intervention.Desired Settlement: refund of landscape design fee $375. And return of documents given to landscaper at time of agreement. certified check will be accepted.
