This company continues to charge me $89.92. and $89.72 for skin cream and detox mo.???? They have taken $538.92 in the last 3 months out of my acct.
This company is a complete scam. In the last three months they have charged my account $538.92. Every number I try is either disconnected or when you do call it it tells you to put in your extension number and disconnects. I have filed fraud charges with my credit union. The name that shows on my account is ZIOL skincream and detox? I have never received any product for this company! Please help. cag

Full refund.

Sending products and charging for items that I did not order
In February I ordered a trial size of their CBD oil and gummies only paying the shipping charges. In March and April they charged me around 90.00 twice on my credit card for products that I did not order or agree to. The phone number listed on my credit card statement does not work. I have no other way to contact them to tell them to stop sending this and charging me for it. Please help me put a stop to their charging me and sending me the products.

I want them to stop charging me for these items and to stop sending them to me.

I have seen other complaints all saying what I am going to say. I signed up for the free trial for 6.95 shipping.
I signed up for the 6.95 shipping of the trial oil. They sent me the oil and gummies. I never asked for the gummies but I ended up paying shipping for both. Three days later I emailed and called them to cancel. Well before the time I had to cancel. About 5 days later I noticed charges on my bank account for 89.92 and 89.73. I called right away and after over an hour of mostly being put on hold they said they cancelled my account. They did not refund me the money and I never received a 2nd shipment. I once again called and emailed with no help at all. The person hung up on me. I must have been asking too many questions. I just now looked at my account and once again I have charges for 89.92 and 89.73 for their oil and gummies. Mind you I never even asked for the gummies in the trial offer. They took that upon themselves. So I just called once again and got the speil of how I did not cancel in time. I told her I most certainly did. I called 3 days after getting the trial. So now I have paid for the trial and have had 2 more charges go through my account for almost 400.00 and all I got was the initial trials. The woman on the phone insists I didnt cancel and the first round of charges were for the first shipment I got, which I thought was a trial and I was only paying shipping. She once again insists they have no record of me cancelling but she will cancel my account now. As a courtesy she said they will refund me 120.00. Ok so you are refunding me 120.00 out of the almost 400.00 I paid? I already cancelled this once before. How do I know it will cancel this time. I am going to be forced to close my bank account which will cost me. How is that fair? I don't understand how they continue to do this to people. I have seen so many complaints online and we all have the same story. I want my 359.30 that they have taken out of my account not the 120.00 they offered me as a courtesy. Are they kidding me? This company is so crooked and whats sad is theres no way to stop the. They will just come back under another name. They need to be stopped and forced to refund the many people they have taken advantage of.

They did offer me a refund of 120.00 as a courtesy. So they are doing me a favor? I want my 359.30 that they have so far taken from my account. What makes them think they should keep the balance of 239.30 for what? They have not sent anything plus this account has been cancelled twice now

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 03/03/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.95 and $6.97. Your trial ended on 03/19/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Support on 04/22/2020 and we have also process the refund of $120.00. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.

Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process additional refund of $239.30.

On 3/27/20 I received a call from TD bank saying there were suspicious transactions on my account. I looked on my account and saw that your company was trying to charge me an additional and unagreed to 82.92 and 89.73 respectively.

I immediately called the Natural Growrth Company at 888 281 9122 and spoke to Jonathan A. and asked about the transactions. I told him no uncertain terms that I did not agree to the additional charges and he said he would cancel my account and sent me the following email on Fri, Mar 27, 2020, 4:03 pm:

responded to offer for free sample of CBD oil only pay for shipping charges $6.97. Received products and have not used the oil or gummies that also came in the box. I now have two charges on my credit card for $89.73 and $89.92 plus another $6.95 for these free samples. I have tried three times to talk with a representative and was told my trial period expired and I did not cancel so I was being billed the full price of the products. Each time I asked why I would be charged for a free product the representative hung up on me. Also tried emailing the company and received the same type of response. Have offered to return the unopened and unused samples and get no response.

Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I received an email from the company today stating they would close my account and refund the charges. This is suppose to happen in 2 to 3 days. I will let you know if and when the charges have been refunded.,

I ordered their product to sample and in the mean time my father died. I for got about the package. Between my father's sudden death and taken care of that and the holiday I just didn't get to it. Then I went on my account only to find out they not only charged me 89.99 for the oil another 89.99 was also taken out gummies. I never ordered them. And because something happened that I had no control over they wouldn't even listen to what I said. I told them I would send the product back. It didn't change anything.I e-mailed them and was told to call 888 281 9122 to get my refund. So today I called and got the run around I was put on hold with the first person which was talking to her higher up after 25 mins. On hold I was disconnected. So I called back then a guy answered looked up my account and said the only thing he could do was give me 40.00 I've already been charged 193.90. there was no talking about it. They didn't care. I even offered to send them a death certificate but they had nothing to say.please help me get this taken care of so it doesn't happen again. If my father was still here I wouldn't have this happening. Thank you so much for your time.

I am fine with this result, although I want it to be known that this company listed the charges under multiple business names, and again, my mother knew nothing of these charges or products and did NOT receive any of the products they charged her for.
