PS Their website says the domain has been taken over by new owners, but offers nothing in how to resolve past issues. In fact they say they have nothing to do with previous ownership. Where do we go from here?

Review: My husband ordered a surprise for us from this website. After about 4 weeks we realized it had never shown up! He emailed them and they said it was sold out because it was the most popular item, but that it would be sent as soon as it came back into stock. Another month went by, still nothing. By that time we had moved and we emailed them with our new shipping address. They confirmed that our products would be sent to our new address. But nothing ever came. We emailed again to inquire on the delivery status. No reply. So, I also called them but their voice mail box has not been set up. Then we emailed again to ask if they were going to send our order, or if they would please just refund our money. Still no reply. That is why I am turning to the Revdex.com for help resolving this issue. They charged my credit card $121.90 but never delivered our order. I want my money back!Desired Settlement: I want the total purchase price refunded back onto my credit card.

Review: I placed an online order with this company on 11/27/13. My debit card was charged the $171.00 on that same day, however, I have yet to receive the items that I paid for. I have emailed and tried calling the only available phone number that I can find. Every time I call I get a message saying that the voicemail has not been set up and then get disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the items that were ordered or a refund if this is not possible.

Review: On Feb 01, 2014 I ordered $38.85 of products. Their website advertises 3-8 business days for delivery. It is now Mar 05, 2014 and I still have not received my order (order # [redacted]).I attempted to contact the business 3 times using their online Contact webpage and also the e-mail address at the bottom of their webpages but received no reply whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I would like my debit card reimbursed the full $38.85 and all of my card information deleted from their system as I do not trust this business with this financial information. Also, I will require a letter from the business that these settlement steps were taken.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 1-10-14, sent out 1-13-14. They took $72.90 out of my account and said it would be 3-8 business days to get my order. We are now going on day 13 and still my order has not arrived. I have sent over a dozen emails since 1-24-14 with no response concerning my order. I can not find any phone number for this company and am extremely upset with the fact they are not even responding to my order by email, as they state they respond to order issues first? I need help please with this issue, I have never had anything like this happen before and would like to resolve this in a timely manor.Desired Settlement: I want my order and or my money back.
