Scheduled an appointment with hairstylist *** and paid deposit of 10 dollars. This woman did not follow thru on the appointment and I was basically told to reschedule and if I did not reschedule I would not be offered a refund due to her not following through with the appointment. This is a complete scam artist and is ruining the experience of paying a deposit to stylist who actually follow thru with their service. Your in the field of customer service and expected to follow through and do your job!!!!
Greetings!My name is *** of Naturally Naps Salon.The stylist are independent contractor and rent booth. *** do not own Naturally Naps Salon and after doing an investigation. The issue was resolved the same day. The $10 deposit was refunded the same day and statement was made because of one word misspelled.There client blocked the stylist before she was able to respond.Attach is a copy of everything the refund and conversation.Sincerely,***Naturally Naps Salon
