I ordered the Hydrate Bundle, which consists of 2 conditioners and 1 hair serum, but I only received 1 conditioner. Emailed the company, was told that because I paid for the insurance they would submit a claim with the insurance company to have the item replaced. I never heard from the "insurance" company, reached out to naturall club again, have not heard back.
