[redacted] , the owner, agreed to landscaping work at my residenceHe took the 50% initial deposit ($5350) and deposited it on 5/After repeatedly pushing back the start date of the work he informed me on 6/that he would not be able to do any of the work and would return my deposit by check within 10-business days That is the last I have heard from him despite emails, text messages, and a voice mailMy communications have been very courteous and respectful with my last messaging saying I would need to escalate the issue if I didn't hear backHe has failed to give me even a response to these inquiries or an updated estimate of when my money would be returned

The owner of this company met with me and agreed to do landscape workHe sent an invoice and asked for a 20% depositHe came by to confirm the work and pick up a check for the deposit which he later cashedOn the day work was to begin, he did not show upHe made excuses over the next few days as to why he couldn't startFinally, he emailed to say he would not be able to di the workHe said he would cancel our contract and refund the depositThat was on October 23rd and I have not received the refundHe has set dates to return it at least three times, but those dates have passedNow he does not respond to my efforts to contact him

*** *** asked us for a 75% deposit for a $2,driveway project, was given and cashed the checks, did one day of work and then never returned

I paid for mowing and called Natural Landscapers and never comes for a couple of months
