DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 1. Be sure you watch the "inspector" the one I had did not take pictures of the duct system, did not check to see if the HVAC was actually in good working condition only that the AC blew cold air. He did not check the heat it does not work the owner of the company said the manufacter does not recommend to turn on the pump in summer, thus it was not checked at all but the box was checked that the HVAC was in good working order although he never looked inside (not required according to this company) to see if 1. it did not have a drain pan (it didn't) but he checked the box that it did; and 2. the coils were so rusted it was a wonder it worked at all.
So, I am now on the hook for a complete new system because they didn't do their due diligence for the customer. Prior to using this company I used [redacted] he took pictures, explained everything to me as he went throughout the house (I didn't actually go under the house with him but he took lots of pictures and then explain issues that may occur . I used PII because my insurance company recommended them [redacted] they twill no longer be my insurance company once my contract ends in December.
