Phone number for correspondence never answers,
I did not cancel my order in time to not receive anymore merchandise but they charged by bank account to send more merchandise. I realized I needed to cancel my order. When I tried I couldn't contact them by phone and I no longer had the packaging to do the cancelation on their site. I want my checking account credited for the merchandise and my account canceled ASAP.

This company is nothing but trouble. They are very deceptive and they play the fine print game and they stand on their document. They are VULTURES and Hyenas!
I was able thru USAA where I bank to get half my money back.
They tried just last week again to hit the account. USAA now has them blocked.
They are scavengers and the lowest form of life I have ever dealth with.

They prey on folks not to remember the 14 days and then POW...your card is theirs to abuse.

ALSO....you can cancel your card and get a new card. Just alot of trouble that's all.
