This business is more of a scam. The owner really sells himself tells you anything you want to hear, like the permit process is going to be easy etc... and as soon as you sign a contract all he does is ask for more money! He drags his feet in actually performing any work and doesn't pay his suppliers. Everyone in the business knows he s trouble and no one will lend him credit! He was very abusive to me when his spa was not set far enough down and I was concerned with the drainage. He just yells at you and demands more money! When he misses deadline after deadline, he stops giving you deadlines. I finally broke the contract with him after paying 45,000 and have nothing to show for it! He has multiple lawsuits filed against him, has tax liens and he has a AAA rating? I don't get it? I don't even have to mention his name when I say I m having trouble with building my spa, everyone finishes my sentence with providing his name! Ask the concrete companies, the rock quarries, the spa equipment companies, no one will work with him!
