Hi! I apologize for the misunderstanding but all warranties are honored by the company, from all of our locationsThe warranties are FULLY explained and during training every employee it's taught to explain that, since the tool is 100%
ceramic, if you drop it ,it will break and it won't be covered by the terms of the company
If the damage to the device is what is covered by the warranty, the company will gladly replace it for you, just like we have done for ALL our customers before

There was no misunderstandingI was deliberately and outright lied to when I questioned the vendor about the warranty on the productThe vendor did explain that the product was 100% ceramic and would break if dropped, but he assured me that any damage to the straightener as a result of it being dropped, knocked off the counter, etc, would be covered under the warrantyHad he told me that the warranty only covered manufacturing errors, I would not have spent that amount of money on the productHe deliberately lied to me in order to get me to buy the product, which is absolutely unacceptableI do not want a replacement for the product I haveI would like a refund for a product I was tricked into buying under advertisement
