Patient stated filling was broken. Offered to repair/fix no charge. Patient stated she was going "some where else." Asked her to come in to the office to verify broken filling. Refunded her within one week.

Review: On Wednesday, 09/10/2014, a composite filling I had done by Dr. [redacted] came completely out while I was eating soft fruit snacks. The filling was only done at the beginning of this year and is the SECOND filling done by this dentist that has fallen out within the same year. I got the filling replaced on 9/12/2014 at another office and asked Dr. [redacted]'s office for a refund of which they are claiming I am not entitled to. I gave Dr. [redacted]'s office a copy of the paperwork on 9/12/2014 from the other office to prove that I had to get the filling replaced. I believe that this having happened twice in the same year may constitute as possible malpractice and at this point I want the office to reimburse my account for the cost I paid to have the filling fixed at the other office which would be a total of $180.Desired Settlement: I would like Dr. [redacted]'s office to reimburse me for the $180 I spent in order to get the filling that he had done earlier this year, replaced.
