I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This company provided more screw-ups than needed services. If I knew they were going to screw me out of the amount of money they have, I would have kept the rims. They say the rims are unsellable (if they were the correct size would have helped) but I'm sure they will still sell them and make money. If their sales representative don't know what they are selling over they phone the web site isn't much better.
