Thank you for bringing this client's concern to our attentionAs a result of my Father in law's passing the gallery has been closed April and most of May so I could attend to some family business in New MexicoMy wife remained at home recovering from surgeryOn the day we received the email
from the Revdex.com concerning this matter my wife called the clientThe gallery has offered restoration services to customers for the past years but does not do the repairs in houseThese services are preformed by experts in the field who the gallery trusts and recomendsThe gentleman who is scheduled to repair the pottery peice suffered a terrible family loss recentlyThis was explained to the client and my wife offered to have me return the piece by hand to her in Boulder on my return from New MexicoThe client in stead chose to keep the piece in line with the restorer in hopes of having it repairedWe agreed on the date of July 4, to revisit the situation if the piece has not been repaired and returned by that timeI think the client is feeling better nowWe do understand her concerns and thank you, the Revdex.com, for bringing them to our attention so they could be addressed at onceFor the past years customer service has been our #priorityThank you
