I have spoken with [redacted] regarding the issues with his transport of his 2007 Mercedes. I did apologize to him for the miscommunication getting the car picked up. [redacted] in our office has been trying diligently to find a carrier to pick up his car in Mercedes TX. She...
has been in contact with him and they both have come to the conclusion that getting a carrier there at this time is not possible. We have refunded the full amount of $618.00 to Mr. [redacted] and sent him an email regarding the credit. The location for pick up was a very remote location and was very difficult to get a carrier to go that far down into Texas. I copy of the credit card receipt showing the credit to Mr. [redacted]'s card is attached.
I'm glad I chose nationwide to help me get my car.
Drew helped me everyday and always answered my calls and was very happy to assist. I got my car delivered to me at my job because I couldn't be home at the time of delivery. Keep up the good work guys!!!!
I canceled my order for shipping a car from TN to FL due to a very negative experience with Nationwide Transport Services,Ft. Lauderdale,FL. I booked a month in advance with all informationpick-up date,location address,phone numbers,drop-off locationthe whole 9 yards.I received an email confirmation and quote of $380.00 total cost,which I still have.Two weeks later,I received another email requesting all the information I had already given,to which I replied anyway,and kept a copy of,as well.The day before my pick-up date of 8/9/16,I had not heard anything,and called to confirm. "[redacted]",the guy I had been dealing with,then raised the price to $425.00.I said "No-you quoted $380that's the price." He then made the excuse that no one would take the load,so I agreed to $400 to get my car shipped.August 9th came and went with no pick-up or contact to myself or the person where the car was located.I called at 10:30am on the 10th and "[redacted]" said he would call back.Two hours later,I had to call him and was told that the drivers "should pick it up sometime this evening." I was tired of all the games,so I canceled the order. Then,"[redacted]" called me back and tried to talk me in to shipping with them anyway,and preceeded to argue with me that there was no problem,even after I reminded him that he was a day late on pick-up on top of charging me more than the written quote.I WOULD NOT recommend this company to ship a paper bag,let alone a vehicle.
I chose Nationwide based off of their Revdex.com rating and otherwise good reputation. I don't normally write feedback but I was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service and transportation service that I was compelled to write a review.
Transport went seamless and couldn't be happier.
