I had [redacted] for about a year and a half. I had it in the city limits of Elk City and it was ok, not the fastest or greatest but ok. I moved from Elk City to Cordell and it was lousey. Dropped connections, timed out connections, slow connections. I called them multiple times asking for help getting the issues solved. They sent technicians out twice to fix and didnt do any good, they talked me through all the self help steps they had several times and that didnt do any good. They promised me they would have the Gen 4 system in the Midwest up and running that fall. I had them put my account on suspension for 6 months awaiting the launching of Gen 4 and the suspension ran out. They reinstated my account and started charging me again. I then stated I would pay the months fee for the reinstated month but I wanted to terminate my service. They tried getting me to do another series of self help options and I declined because I had already done this multiple times and it didnt help. I was tired of wasting my time. They then billed me an early termination fee of $190.00 dollars and I told them I didnt think it was fair I pay an early termination fee when they couldnt provide me with the services I was promised and this is why I was terminating my contract. They did finally agree to drop the month of reinstated charges but not the early termination fee. I paid these because I dont want the negativity on my credit report but I feel they are crooks. It was nothing but poor service and always getting someone who couldnt speak or unerstand english very well when you call in for help. I feel they owe me the fee in refund but I dont feel I will ever get it back. I also want to warn anyone who is thinking of using them please try looking into other customer experiences with this company before you sign a contract with them.
