In Novthe replaced the roof of our apartment bldgwith the removal of all roof vents in favour of a 200' long ridge vent which Nationwide insisted would improve ventilation in the attic We paid $more for the ridge vent and additionally for the longer life (yr.) tilesWithin a few weeks dozens of tiles broke off so *** came out to make repairs More repairs were needed in the following months In the winter of we had substantial leaking in the apartments below and called another roofer to repair We discovered that the ridge vent was installed by Nationwide without cutting the underlying roofing plywood so that no ventilation was posible, also the step flashing on the firewall was not installed or caulked so the roof had pulled away from the wall causing leaking The cap flashing that was to be removed for fire and ice wrap and replaced with a new cap was never removed and leaking also occurred at the firewall The tiles that were replaced by Nationwide were undersized and just nailed down on top of the other shingles offering no leak protection In all it was recommended that we replace the whole year old roof that Nationwide installed including the ridge vent We were able to patch up the missing tiles, ridge vent and flashing/cap and in all Nationwide's incompetence only cost us several thousand dollars on what should have been a 15-year roof DON'T USE NATIONWIDE they cut corners ***

We used Nationwide to repair a small flat roof on a property in 2017.They were courteous,came when promised,completed the job and price was reasonable.The next year we needed a new shingled roof done on another property and hired Nationwide again and were satisfied with both workmanship and price.

They offered me a fare price and did a good jobThey did the job fast and made sure they left the area clean after they were done
