6/15/20 The representative talked to me in a contemptuous manner and hung up on me. This man needs retrained or fired. Unacceptable behavior!

This employee called my husband tonight to set up a protection plan for his new truck. We understand when buying a new vehicle you will get many calls, and so on. But this guy proceeded to tell my husband, that he got him a phenomenal deal, took 1000 off the price already for a great deal as long as he pays 154$ tonight. My husband politely told him I'm sorry I need to talk to my wife as she also makes the income in the home, and wanted to pass the idea thru me. The guy kept pestering my husband and my husband said yes it's a great deal, but I cant make this decision just by myself, the guy said well who drives this vehicle, you or her, my husband told him it's my truck but we both drive it, he then told my husband why would you let your wife as a woman drive that truck? My husband just chuckled to try and brush it off, as my husband was making dinner, he was trying to get a pot and pan out of the cupboard to finish dinner, and the guy goes, oh I hear your doing the dishes, you must really be a wench. I'm sorry but we will not be going thru this company as your salesman degraded me as a female, and my husband for taking care of his family by cooking dinner. This is not the way to get sales, or customers to keep coming back.
