This company disappointed me in many ways. All in all, my belongings were moved across country eventually and without harm. My complaint is with customer support. Firstly, the price was 20% more than I was quoted and, when I called customer support for an explanation, they gave me a continuous run-around. Also, my things were picked up a day after we originally scheduled. Although I was told to expect my things 7 - 21 days after they were picked up, they arrived in 29 days. The worst part was that I called for information and was told twice that they didn't have the paperwork, that they would call me back but never did, and many times I could only get voice mail. Being in the dark about what was going on with my belongings was frustrating. The truth, even if it was that they couldn't tell me anything yet and why, would have helped alleviate my fears. I paid the extra money and feel happy to just have my belongings in one piece. This company should improve their customer support; I would not recommend this company to a friend.
