4-6 weeks it won't happen its been 8 weeks I called today granite shipment was delayed is what I was told so when I called a week before they told me it was almost done what do you think I would go someplace other if I would have known I think they should have said something the first time I called them im hopping I don't have to wait 14 weeks like the other person

I payed for a headstone on 5/30/17 that I haven't received. After calling repeatedly for the status on the headstone, I was sent a preliminary picture, which was nothing like advertised, on 7/20/17, after being told it takes 4-6 weeks for a completed product. I contacted the company after no one contacted me about repairs or a refund and was told that when they blast the image into the granite, they set the pressure too high and blasted away the picture. On 7/21/17, I was told it was being corrected and picked up that day to be fixed. On 8/7/17 I emailed them again for an update, and was told it takes time. I contacted them again on 8/31/17 and was told it was completed and I would receive a proof via email on 9/1/17. I still haven't received anything from them. I have spoken to numerous people and everytime I call they say the person I ask for is unavailable. I never received a product or any contact from this company regarding the headstone. It has now been 14 weeks. I would be happy to provide the initial and only picture I ever received from 7/20/17. They haven't given me the product or my money back.
