Thank you for your returned call today As we just discussed, this complaint should be invalid against my location This person did not purchase the equipment from my office This person purchased the elevator from a Connecticut franchise that is no longer in business My office is not licensed to do work in Connecticut We have an Affiliate (Total Access) in Connecticut that visited this person’s residence at no charge They found that they are unfamiliar with this type of equipment and could not service it Total Access recommended a different company (that is familiar with the equipment) to service the equipmentRegarding the warranty, our 10-year warranty covers mechanical components and it explained on our website http://www.home-elevator.net/about-our-warranty.php The labor part of the warranty expired after one year If a mechanical component should be replaced according to our published warranty, we will honor this and provide the part at no cost We will honor the warranty part even if it is service by a company other than Nationwide Lifts The labor will not be coveredI trust this information is sufficient to show the complaint invalid against our NY location Please let me know if you have any additional questions Thank you, Andy [redacted]
