First , I have to apologize for the lateness of responding to this email since it was sent to an old email addressJust not my style! I do remember this order although unfortunately was not involved in the ordering or pick up of the product so I would very much like to discuss this with herI do remember the order since it was for a Monday pickup and there was $put down on the order but the order wasn't picked up until Tuesday so the same employees were there who where there when the order was placedSince I wasn't in the store either time unfortunately I can't say what was said to the customer as far as a quote , I just saw the order with a $put down, if my employee quoted this price he was way off the mark the two boxes of ribs would have cost me more than the $and I'm not happy how it was handled according to Mrs***'s return, I was not told about any of thisI would like the opportunity to talk with Mrs [redacted] to hopefully straighten out a situation that shouldn't have happen in the first place, I can understand why she probably didn't call back for management to look into the situation with the way it was handledI want all my customers treated fairly and honestly!! Review: I was insured through Nationwide around five or six years ago. Mind you this year is the first I've heard of this $400.02 that they claim that I owe. First of all I NEVER switch insurance companies until I know that the end of policy is running out. Why would I all of the sudden get letters from them 6 or 7 years later?? This is rediculous!
What insurance company is going to insure me knowing I'm in the middle of the policy. Anyone in their right mind would know to let the current policy get close to lapsing before signing up with a new carrier.
I'm [redacted] & struggling & then I get letters and harassment calls like this almost a decade later?!
I'm NOT paying this.
I never heard of it and they're just trying to nickel & dime the [redacted] & vulnerable like myself. I am completely infuriated.Desired Settlement: I want them to expunge whatever they think they have on me & REMOVE me from collections.
ASAP. I'm trying to get my life together and I'm not going to allow a company start sending me threatening letters YEARS later...something is wrong here. I have never left any one insurance company with a bill.
I may be [redacted] but I'm not stupid.
