Nationwide Equities Corporation

Len O[redacted] of Nationwide Equities Corp. called me recently and I asked him tocall me the next day because we couldn't finish the conversation.The call came at a not good time because I had a technician here to pay.Len O[redacted] never called me back. Len O[redacted] wants me to complete the necessaryrepairs. The only way I can complete the repairs is to have the contractoruse his money for half of the repairs and I would need to borrow the otherhalf of the money. My income does not support the necessary amount of moneyneeded to finish the other half. I have a friend that would possibly lend methe other half. The problem is that Len O[redacted] gives me no assurances that Iwould receive all of the repair money after repairs are completed. If thiswould happen, I have no way of repaying the money.The repairs are estimated to cost $83,900 dollars.

We have spoken to the borrower and have moved forward with the borrower's loan application according to his request.  We cannot guarantee a loan application will meet all HUD guidelines for a reverse mortgage, but were able to review the borrowers information and if he does the...

necessary repairs and there is no change in any of his information we will close the requested loan for him.  The borrower has been informed of the decision by Mr. O[redacted].
