Review: I continue to receive constant telemarketing phone calls from the Student Loan Debt Help Line, affiliated with Nationwide DocUPrep [redacted]. I have requested removal of my phone number and attempted to block the number from my phone. However, I continue to receive calls. When I contacted ###-###-####, the representative provides the scripted response that outgoing calls are not made from their number and there is nothing they can do about it.Desired Settlement: Clearly, the "do-not-call" registry and the business' policy are not working. I merely request to be removed from these harassing, disruptive calls.
