Nationwide Cassel LLC has horrible customer service! Do NOT use their automatic payment serviceYou have to make payment until they "process" your AP request (which can take a couple of months)Then when they start the service, they take the money (resulting in a double payment for that minth)This makes your payments ahead a monthImagine the money they're making on this alone! Then we called and a manager promised that the money would count for the following paymentNope! They just keep helping themselves to your moneyAnd thentrying to cancel the AP, you cannot just callit has to be in writing and mailed to a PO boxThe AP will continue again until they "process"We did as they required and put a stop payment at our bankThey continued to charge even though the payment wasn't due for over a monthThey racked us with a $returned payment fee and threaten with bad creditWe called to dispute and she said "you signed up for AP, that's how it works"They advertise as a credit re-building company but there is no excuse for bad customer serviceWill NEVER do business with them again
