Thank you for contacting us on this matter. It is very important for us to clarify this incident. Customers are our priority and we are willing to go the extra mile to keep them happy.The person filing this complaint is actually the customer's wife, who was not present at the time of the
incident. The problem was a scratched hub-cap (not a broken one) We still have it in the shop. Customer advised the employee of damage and the employee took responsibility since he did not notice issue before repair(they are supposed to advice customers of any prior damages before proceeding to any repairs. Customer left but came back later with wife who was extremely upset, rude and disrespectful. Although we are not responsible for damages to wheel covers, rims etc due to the nature of the business. (signs posted in shop, customer took pics of all of them inside/outside of shop) WE AGREED to replace it as a courtesy to our customerThere were multiple calls done to the phone number left to us with no answer (voice mail full, not able to leave message) we will get you phone records if needed. Finally customer answered and was able to provide the specific information needed to order the hub-cap. We ordered and it was delivered to us on August 6th, (please see attachment for invoice details) we notified him and he came to shop to have it installed. We needed to make a small adjustment to it and a few days later we called him to have it installed but never came back.
