Received call from salesperson *** that they have a special on custom key chains if you order *** at $.49 per key chain. We agreed. NBR called us and said do we agree with a higher price and we said the sales person quoted us lower. they had us talk to sales rep who told up yes it was the lower price and he would take care of it but currently 7/2/19 he said he can not change it.
order date 4/8/19.
price should have been closer to $500 than $690 as billed.
