Same here it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get anything then they put in wrong stuff in box and I called was told in 72 hours I would be refunded well here it is February 22 been waiting since January 27 so when I called today I am told it takes 30 days or more will not shop with them again and will not commend them to anybody
I'm having the same issue.
Also, I have yet to receive my new flex card.
So I've already lost the $100 for January and February is half over.
I can't get a straight answer.
Good luck to all of us.
I agree and bbb gives them a a plus rating? Please ...noooo way! Nations is inept and disgraceful
Depending on how long it takes to be updated and if it comes back with all complaints is what I am wondering! I do not trust any big business to not pay someone off to get rid of their bad reviews...
I just went to the BBB website and it says they're updating Nations Benefits' profile.
I work for nation benefit, and just how you all are doing wrong.. the workers are being done wrong as well… I am about to put them on blast myself…. We cannot get a hold of no manager and the supervisor barely respond to us so that makes it hard for us as an employee to assist you guys
Please be the whistle blower and call the news stations even if you have to do it anouymously! Enough is enough of this company taking advantage of it's customers and now it's workers. They need to be shut down!
Also, I did some major digging. Here is what I found. Nations Benefits is a privately owned company with two different addresses and I found 2 extra numbers. 8050 NW 10th St, Suite 4200 Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33324 and 1801 NW 66th Ave, Suite 100 Plantation, FL 33313. The 2 extra numbers that are different from the catalog number they gave use came from the Founder and CEO, Glenn Parker's, LinkedIn profile and the other came from BBB. One of these numbers goes to the headquarters, but I can't remember which one. I called but it was after hours. (877.439.2665 OR 800.928.1558) This website shows what looks like three family members and a few doctors that started Nations Benefits. Go check it out, they are the Parkers and if you look at their job titles you'll see what I mean. (https://www.nationsbenefits.com/about-us) Also, if you'll take notice, the site is their sales site where they draw companies in. Let me know if you get through to the corporate office with one of the numbers I listed. If so, everyone should start blowing whichever number it is to pieces. :) Hope this helps instead of calling the B.S. number on the catalog! -Disgruntled Daughter
I agree whole-heartedly! My dad had the Healthy Benefits Plus(HB+) card for the past few years and so far this card is utterly useless. Why fix something that isn't broken? MONEY, that's why! I've tried multiple ways to contact them and complain because we can't even purchase the vitamins and basic groceries that we used to with HB+. Why would Anthem choose to go with a company that is charging more than double for medicine($12 for DayQuil), food($45 for 15 pieces of fruit or $7-$8 for a box of Corn Flakes), and vitamins? On top of that, the majority of the products they offer are extremely generic or the food items are things we can get from the church pantries! Did they forget to check the reviews? It's insane and I'm one disappointed daughter. We are reporting to 13 Action news, the FTC, and BBB if something doesn't change soon. Thankfully, I stocked up on vitamins and other things my father needs before the end of 2022. Sorry to the many thousands of people who are experiencing the same issues! I just checked the Nations Benefit portal and now there are no products available. Hopefully we can use our cards at Wal-Mart and Kroger soon! -Disgruntled
There IS a concern about price gouging if you have to order online.
Solution? Simple 1st off they do business by internet so you should file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), FCC (Federal Communications Commission) and your local D.A.'soffice. DA for price gouging suspicion.
They think you have no recourse, but you most certainly do.
Good hunting

I am beyond tired of big companies taking advantage of the elderly and disabled. It is bad enough we are not well but it is a whole complete different ball game that they think it is ok we wait on them to fix something that is not going to be fixed by that company anytime this decade. This should have been a cut and dry deal, Nations Benefits did not comply with their vendor contract to these insurance companies so our insurance companies had an out to back out of their vendor contract with them and hire someone else. Not tell it's clients to wait and be patient. It says no where in our insurance contracts to wait and be patient while they fix anything this should have been fixed by finding a new vendor and should have never happened to begin with. But instead I guess them saving money is more important than their clients. Remember how you were treated by your insurance companies come time to change insurance companies! They can either make this right or they can loose all their business too.
Count me in,,,, really tired of being take advantage of. The large and powerful abusing the little guy.
Very careless decision from Anthem to choose MyBenfits Nations Benefits. Also, their prices for the OTC items are double the cost of what WalMart charges. What a shame.
