Review: This company took over a account from another company that I had an Payment arrangment with.

Nations cash took over my account with out any notice or warning that a payment was going to be charge to my account nor did the tell me that they where the new holder of my old account.

they also caused my account to overdraw aswell sent a check that was not authorized by me in anyway.Desired Settlement: they should refund my money with the overdraft fee and we should set up a new payment arrangment for upcoming deductions

Review: I have never done business with Nations Cash in my entire life. Yet, I am getting emails from them stating that there has been a returned payment from my bank. I am also getting phone calls. I don't know how they got my information, because as stated, I've never done business with this company. I don't know who they think they are, but this needs to stop immediately.Desired Settlement: Please discontinue the harassing emails and phone calls, at once.

Review: Nations Cash Online loaned me $400 in December. I noticed many withdraws from my checking account by the company Law Office of Presley. I had tried calling them numerous times and left a voice message on every attempt to see why they were taking money out of my account. The sum of money taken is almost $1100. Nations Cash contacted me for the first time after 5 months the loan was taken saying that they couldn't take money from my account. After a long and heated discussion with the company, she explained to me that I still had 6 payments before the loan was paid off. This makes the interest somewhere around %300 percent. I had also asked her why nobody answered my phone calls to find out what was going on and she said that the [redacted] was their debt company. She couldn't explain to me why two different companies were trying to take money from me. The loan has been paid off twice plus some. This company is definitly loan sharks. I saw on the Revdex.com website that the company might not even be in business anymore so this also might be a business scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to get some of my money back or the loan be considered paid in full. Money would be nice.

Review: It appears Nation's Cash bought a payday loan of mine, I never received notification that my account had been sold, NOR was I given any information as to who to contact to pay off my balance, instead Nation's Cash continues to take an amount MORE than what I owed every pay period from my account. I was never given the option to pay off my loan and to this day, despite attempts I *STILL* have no way of knowing how to pay it off, instead, Nation's Cash continues to STEAL money from me... to the tune of hundreds or even thousands of dollars, with NO ability to stop. I never agreed to pay "forever" because no one would/could tell me how to pay off my loan.Desired Settlement: I would like the entire balance of my account to be considered "even" as I was NEVER.. EVER given any information on this new company such as a contact number until today when I received a notice from them telling me I had a payment return, which was by request of mine, because *NO ONE* wants to pay for something that they don't know what it is. Since they "bought" my loan, they have charged amounts in excess of what was owed, without the ability of knowing how to contact the company. This is THEFT and against the law.

Review: I had lost a job and needed some money to get me by. I called Money Mutual (aka Cash Line) to get a loan for $600. I asked repeatedly if I took this loan that when I made payments would they go to principle or be only interest. The lady told me no they go towards principle. I made payments (nearly $1200 to be exact). Then I thought the payments were done and instead they continued to pull money out of my account. I called and they told me I hadn't put any money towards my principle and that I owed them $600. I was not happy. So they said well we could take the new balance and put it into an account now where part of your payment goes towards principle. I asked them why they hadn't done that in the first place like they said it was suposed to be and they said that they didn't have that authority. Since then they have sent their claim to a lawyer where I am expected to make monthly payments until the balance is paid off. I am not happy with the service they gave me at all. So far I have made a payment of $53.44 with another due soon. I really don't see why I should have to pay them more money when they already got twice what they borrowed to me.Desired Settlement: I would like for the balance to be considered paid in full and for me to get a little of my money back if possible... but paid in full would be very nice.

Review: I was contacted by a person [redacted] who said she was an attorney trying to collect for CASHLINE. She would not tell me her BAR# or or address or break down charges. She just kept telling me that my county clerks office would be getting a summons on me for fraudent instrument. I have no idea of what she is talking about. She kept throwing out peoples names I know as co signers. Never happened. Told her I needed something showing unpaid. She refused and then said wont work with me. Her phone number is [redacted] and with Attorneys [redacted]Desired Settlement: Either tell me and show what I may owe or never contact me again.
