Rented a car from this location. The car had mechanical issues with the cooling system. I contacted the 24/7 assistance multiple times wo resolution. The car had issues with the cooling system. This showed up first as the AC not working but when we got into the mountains the car overheated. I contacted the 24/7 support to ask for the vehicle to be replaced or repaired. Over the course of five days I mad 21 calls to the 24/7 support and spent 15 hours on the phone with them. Despite being promised multiple times they would replace the vehicle they never delivered on that commitment, leaving me to drive a broken vehicle for the balance of the trip.
