I want to thank you, your company and all of your employees who assisted with getting my complaint against National Vitamin Company ([redacted]) resolved.
I had been writing, emailing and dealing with this problem for 2 months. After I contacted you, the matter was resolved in a matter of days. Supposedly it was a accounting department oversight per National Vitamin Co. Yeah right!
Thank you again and again.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
Review: On 10-10-13 I called Nature's Blend and I talked to a lady named [redacted]. I asked if the company had "Calcium Citrate Softgels" and she replied yes. I told her I wanted to place an order for 100. She then told me the better deal would be to order 200. My order number is [redacted]. My total was $17.89 plus shipping fee $6.85 totalling $24.74. On 10-17-13, I received my order and it was "Calcium 600 with Vitamin D Softgels". This is not what I ordered. (I immediately took the box back to post office and returned it to this company at [redacted] with a note on invoice stating "Sorry this is not what I ordered. I ordered "Calcium Citrate Softgels" and I already have these pills on hand. And if your company do not have "Calcium Citrate Softgels" to please send me a refund of $24.74.) On Nov 15, 2013, I emailed this company requesting my refund of $24.74 since I didnot receive what I ordered (Calcium Citrate Softgels). As of today's date, Dec 6, 2013, I have not heard from this company by phone or email or anything else.Desired Settlement: Since they did not deliver my product I ordered, I would like my refund of $24.74. Also, I had talked to this same lady earlier this year and I told her I was trying to locate this "Calcium Citrate Softgels" because this relieved the joint pain in my hands. She gave names of pharmacies in my area that carried this. Anyway I went to two of these pharmacies and they didnot have "Calcium Citrate Softgels". Then I called this company back on Oct 10 and I spoke to [redacted] (same lady previously) and she told me they had this "Calcium Citrate Softgels" in stock. So I ordered it from her immediately. Only to be let down when I received "Calcium 600 with Vitamin D Softgels".
