We have submitted a written letter to [redacted] in regards to [redacted]' lenses. We are awaiting a response from her insurance company. It is taking a little longer than usual but we're doing our best to accommodate [redacted].
At this time, I have been contacted directly by National Vision Center regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

After the business was contacted by Revdex.com, a representative called me regarding my complaint. I have since decided to take my business elsewhere and will no longer visit this business ever again.

[redacted] came to our establishment on June [redacted] to place an order on her contact lenses. She stopped by the office a week later we informed her that that her lenses weren't available and a pair of trial lenses were given to her which would have lasted her two weeks until her lenses were ready. Review: The week of June [redacted], 2015 I visited this establishment and made a deposit on contact lenses. Availability usually should be 5-7 business days at a maximum 10 business days. On June [redacted] I came back to this establishment, paid off my balance in full expecting to receive my order. The sales clerk took my money and stated that my items were still not available. I was told to come back on June [redacted]. When I came back on June [redacted], the sales clerk refused to help me and instead took another patron ahead of me and handed her an order of contacts without any issues. When it came time to deal with my order, without taking my order slip and even looking for my order she told me that my order was still not available. When I asked her why was my order was taking so long she stated that she did not place the order. She was in fact was the sales clerk who I initially paid the first time I came in and she took my remaining balance the second time. When I asked for a refund she said that I could not be granted one and she did not know when my order would be available. As of June [redacted], although I have paid this establishment in full I have yet to receive my product and they refuse to give me a refund.Desired Settlement: I want my contact lenses immediately as they are prescription filled and I need them for vision or immediately be given a complete refund.

Review: I suffer from an eye disease called [redacted]. This Optometrist [redacted] and his receptionist has not contacted me in regards to my request for specialized contacts. Its been 3 months since I asked him to submit my request for coverage to [redacted]. The process on average takes a month because he has given them to me before. I visited the office 3 times since, and called him numerous times and every time I call him he takes my name and never and never calls me back. I started school this year, and it was utterly disgusting that my vision is impaired because my optometrist refuses to provide me with the service that is medically necessary for my eye sight. he does not service his [redacted] covered patients the way he covers others. he and his receptionist are inexplicably rude, the refuse to give me any information on the status of my order. I would like my medically necessary contacts and I would like my records extracted from this place of business so that I can find a provider who is more suitable and empathetic towards my needs. I need a solution and my records.Desired Settlement: I would like my order for my contacts places, I would like them to follow up with me so I can know whats going on and I would like to have a copy of my records which they have refused to give me upon request.
