I am sorry for the delay of things, the gal running our billing was on a vacation one of those times you contacted us and then her child ended up in the hospital with some sickness so I believe it got put at the end of the list. We were never going to charge you...

interest or a late fee or anything like that, your bill just wasn't a priority for her when she got back to work while playing catch up. I do apologize for how that sounds, but this was just a vacation contract versus some of our large commercial accounts that we actually have to stay on top of for payments. We appreciate your business and normally billing is done in a more timely manner. A bad family emergency right after a vacation put her behind on a few residential accounts.
