National Tax Partner

My taxes were prepared by National Tax Partner. Upon receiving my federal and state tax return I notice that my taxes were done completely wrong and I owned the state more than twelve hundred dollars and was shorted 400 dollars. Once I contact the business I was giving the run away multiple times. on 2/14/14 I was told my ameded tax return would be sent which I never received.Product_Or_Service: Tax preparationDesired SettlementI would like to receive my tax preparation refund which was a total of 350 dollars. Also a copy of my ameded return.
