For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As I thought that it would cancel out the other business and it was not explained to me clearly, I feel NSLS are responsible for the refundI did not realize they both provided the same serviceThis should have been explained to meNSLS accepted my $plus payments without informing me that they were the same type of businessThey should have explained this to me and that I would have to cancel one to use the other as they had lower payments which did not go throughI was not making payments as they told me the application went through and I would start making the lower paymentI did not receive a bill for the lower payments so I was not making them, as I was waiting for the billI finally realized after receiving bills from FEDLoan that something was wrong, I started making phone callsMy account was going into delinquencyI have since cancelled both servicesHowever, I feel NSLS were negligent in not informing me that I was duplicating the serviceIt was not the other company's faultTherefore NSLS owes me the refundNSLS took my money knowing full well I another similar service company. My loan amount was too low and it just did not make sense for me to get into any of the programs out there What impressed me was that instead of pushing me into one of the programs that I wasn't qualified for, ***elle gave me some advice on what I should do as well as led me in the right direction to eliminate my debt completelyNational Student Loan Solutions couldnt help me, but there honesty and integrity alone, would give me reason to highly recommend their services to anyone out there with Student Loan Debt

Dear Mr*** and Revdex.com,Mr*** has last spoken with our Processing Manager regarding his accountHe received the necessary information for logging into his student loan account and per his words he wanted to proceed working with NSLS after he graduates collegeWe would be
happy to provide any reasonable settlement to make sure Mr*** is a satisfied clientThe refund was never brought up in the conversation we last had with Mr***We strongly encourage Mr*** to contact the Processing Department directly and all necessary actions to resolve the account to satisfactory standing will be taken right awayThank you and we'll be waiting to receive a call from Mr***

Mr*** is correct, we have placed his account into one of the repayment programs that allowed him to apply for a lower paymentIt was specifically explained in detail by Mr***'s account manager and reiterated by the Compliance officer laterRegardless of NSLS processing everything that we were signed up for, we have mailed the second part of refund to Mr***Please let us know if there are any other questions regarding this complaint

What a great relief to receive a phone call from the agent that I was pre-approved for the Income Based Repayment Program and I was able to Enroll in the ProgramI was shocked when less than hours after I spoke with her, my servicer got the Forbearance I was promisedThank you, Isabelle *** for such a smooth transaction

Being a single mother of two children and a full time nurse, the last thing I wanted to deal with were my student loansI reached a point where I could no longer put it offI reached out to this company and I was skeptical to hire them because well, I didnt know what I was getting myself intoLittle did I know this would turn out to be a huge blessingMy loan payments are now manageable and the team I worked with couldnt have made it easier!

I called National Student Loan Solutions because I had heard that they could help me with my Student Loan Debt I spoke with Angelica one of the Account Managers who helped me with all my questions and concerns about signing up with this companyAfter a short phone conversation she was able to get me a quote of $a month for the next years on a program called Public Service Loan ForgivenessI said to her the plan I'm on now is called Income Based Repayment and I pay $monthly payments now, so why would I want to start paying month? She then explained to me that the interest on my loans would still accrue over the term of yearsSo even if I never had a payment I would still owe thousands at the end of my loanI explained to her I just couldn't afford any new paymentsShe then let me know that I could apply for these programs on my own"Now were talking"Angelica then emailed me links to read more on how to apply for different programs and what qualify's someone for each program, even sent me the link for the applicationI just thought how neat it was that even after I didn't want to use their service, she still went out of her way to explain how I could do this on my own

We spoke with Mr*** on 12/28/and advised him that the refund would be going out that weekIt was sent out on 12/in the form of a check exactly as had been explained to Mr.***Please see email thread below.

They provided me with 50% of the fees they charged meAnd the statement that they reduced my payments was due to them spreading the remaining balance across years instead of the I already had setup
