National Student Loan Relief

Review: I applied For a student loan relief program. They told me I had to pay a fee of $499 and that would enroll me into the program from then I agreed because I thought that that was to help me reduce the amount of my loan. When it came time for me to pay my monthly statement through my loan company and the next payment to this relief program I called both companies to see if I should pay both at the same time or not when I spoke to my loan company they told me that this company is not affiliated with the department of education and it sounds like a scam. And that the service that I paid for is a free service. I've contacted and left messages with the answering service, even voice mails with the counselor I spoke with and no reply no email no call back. Then I continue to call and email every email that I could email. A woman named [redacted] replied back to one email as a courtesy she said and then told me I would not be able to get a refund because I know they couldn't get a hold of me every time I've left a message with a person and voice mail my name and number were attracted .Desired Settlement: All money refined back to me and no more withdrawls from my account from this company.
