Review: I was contacted from a [redacted] who stated she worked for National Student Loan Advisory. She said she could help with the new William D Ford loan forgiveness program. I later found that the service for this program is free and the Department of Education never calls people to soliciate. She gave me the following contact number [redacted]

Review: I was working with NSLA to consolidate my loans, however when I called about not wanting to work with the company anymore, they became very irrate. I spoke with the Executive Director and informed her about the issues I was having with services and she said she would speak with someone at their third party partner, she called me stating she could not get in contact with anyone and she would keep calling the third party. Furthermore I never received a call back from [redacted] and I have called on several occasions leaving voicemails with my call back number and no one has gotten back to me in 3 weeks. While on the phone with [redacted] she informed me they had to fire, or terminate contracts, between her company and private consultants because of misleading information provided to customers, and my private consultant was one of them. I tried to contact him several times as well and no return calls.Desired Settlement: I would like for Revdex.com to advocate for my refund. At this moment I no longer want to work with either of the student load consolidation companies.
