Absolute nightmare to get a hold of anyone. Call the 800 number and it's a never ending circular reference to non existent personnel and mailboxes that are full. Complete sham!
Good luck getting any resolution on any issue you have with your certification, which by the way is a joke to begin with. Only reason I even deal with this company is because the client requires a certification and they picked these clowns for some god awful reason. So I'm stuck dealing with the circus.

NICET lost my paperwork for my certification. I sent it in a second time, this time my certified/registered mail. I have proof that the packet was received by NICET, but they lost it again. I spoke with NICET, they refused to acknowledge that they lost it, would not look for it until I give them the name of the person who signed for it, and got very rude and loud on the phone. The only solution I was given was to fill out and submit my paperwork again. The customer service is terrible, the act as if the could not care less about their customers. I am getting my certification because my employer wants it, but cannot recommend NICET. They fail in both the handling of their business and in the treatment of customers.

I sent a money order to NICET CO *** PO BOX *** BOSTONMA in the amount of 210 to apply for testing.NICET responded as followsNICET received a rejected check in the amount of 320 pay to the ordr of ***-company check #*** from *** you are required to either register for online access and create an account with NICET and pay with a credit card or you can forward another method of payment check money order with test application to cover your current testing fee at 215 inspection and testing of fire alarm systems level ***I have an account with NICET and I sent a money order I cant understand what ***s rejected check has to do with my application.
