I tried to call them on 12/15/2017 to complete a full payout of the loan, told me they left a message with a customer service representative, and that they would call back. I never heard back from them. I called again on Monday (12/18/2017), where they told me they would leave a message with customer service representative, I never head back from them. I called again today, on Wednesday (12/20/2017), was told they would leave a message and get back to me. I told them no, that I have attempted to make a full payment to avoid increasing interest. The representative told me that all customer service representatives were busy, I said I was willing to wait as long as required to reach a payment specialist. They said no, that the call would be disconnected. I requested to speak with a manager, I was denied and told the call will be disconnected, it was then disconnected. I called back immediately and reached the debt collection office, where I explained my situation and they said they processed a full payment.
We are in receipt of your complaint filed with the Revdex.com of Wisconsin onDecember 20, 2017, regarding Midaaswi, LLC dba National Small Loans (the “Company”). Specifically,you assert that the terms and conditions were not disclosed and you feel you have paid more thanintended on your loan. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to resolve this matter.After researching its files regarding your account records, Company records reflect that allterms, including the repayment schedule and finance charges were properly disclosed to you pursuantto Tribal and applicable federal law. Company records further reflect that you applied for a $500.00credit with the Company on December 5, 2017. You electronically signed the loan agreement and theCompany accepted the application and originated the loan to your bank account in the amount of$500.00. By electronically signing the agreement, you agreed to abide by those terms.In addition, and in resolve to your complaint concerning customer service, we have sent theappropriate corrective actions and standard operating procedures to the appropriate managementindividuals needed to remediate the issues you identified in your complaint. We apologize for all theinconvenience we have caused you.After further research of our files regarding your account records, in an effort to resolve thismatter in a manner most favorable to you, the Company will provide a refund in the amount of $61.42.The refund amount is the difference between the pay in full amount for 12/15/2017 and your pay in fullpayment made on 12/21/2017.
