On June 2, I deposited $into my checking account via ATMOn June 5, I checked my account balance via my online account and the $was showing as availableOn June 5,I was charged a $overdraft fee and on June 6, I was charged additional overdraft fees for a total of $all while my account was showing a positive balanceI called the bank and was told they placed the ATM deposit on a hour holdI have two different disputes on how I should have never been charged any over draft feesI have asked the bank several times to not have my debit card work if I don't have the funds availableIf I did not have the funds available why did my debit card work? My account showed the funds available and showed my having sufficient funds all the while I was being charged overdraft feesHad my account shown that the funds were not available I would have simply transferred funds from another account to cover my purchasesI have the statements avai

Review: This place took $ 3,300 for a car that I was purchasing. Gave me a title that was No- Good . I went to Motor Vehicles and the title was rejected TWICE.. They signed on the wrong line 1st time, then signed a name that wasn't on the title a second time gave it back to me. I went to Motor Vehicles and was rejected again. Since February [redacted] they have not returned my money... They gave me temporary plates that expired 3 weeks later in the middle of March. I was forced to pay 150$ for the plates. I was told that the title would be straightened out by the time the plates expired . I waited a whole month again still no title ,no plates or anything of the sort just the run around. So I returned the car.. Was told to come back the next day to pick up my money and It is now JULY and they still have not returned my money. Initially in Feb. I asked for my money to be returned since I could not register the car with a Fake title. I was told I had to wait for my money because the gentlemen([redacted]) involved in the deal went back to their country. As of now , every week I'm told to come back next week, then when I return they still have a song and dance. Now the orinal phone number is disconected.. They hang up on me and now I have to wait to another woman([redacted]) that had to go to her country returns.. this is a booming gas station- car repair shop. I am highly disheartened , frustrated and aggravated by this ordeal. These people have ripped me off. these people have money to travel but wont return what is rightly owed to me. I do have receipts. Please help this is going on too long.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned like yesterday. I saved up and now have wasted time and money.. I paid for Insurance for the car that I cancelled and rediculous Fees going back and forth to them over 20 times already and still nothing.

Review: On 11/**/2013 I bought a 2003 honda odessey from emis auto center I only gave her half of the money because there was some thing that had to be fix.On 11/**/2013 I call to speak to emilexis and I was told she wasn't there the next day I call and told her I didnt want the car and that I wanted my money back,She said to give her a couple of day its been 17 days and she dont want to give me back my money she saying that its a purchase agreement.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE FOR HER TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!

Incorrect company Emis Auto Center does not sell cars.

On 11/**/13 [redacted] gave V.E.M. Auto Sales corp. a deposit for a 2003 Honda Oddessy, $2000.00 with the reminding balance due in cash by the 11/**/2013. The van was put away and not showed to anybody else interested because ms Walesa had a deposit on the van already. She also sign a binding agreement stating the following;

"buyers refusal to purchase:unless this agreement is non-binding because you are arranging credit for me, I understand that the cash deposit I have given to you may be retained to offset your damages if I REFUSE TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE. I also understand that I may be responsible for any other damages which you may incur as a result of my failure to perform my obligations under the terms of this agreement."

[redacted] complaint 2 days after giving the deposit that her insurance was charging her $10k due to her driving records. We agreed that I would work on finding a lower payment for her insurance. towards the end of the week she called back giving different excuses not to purchased the van, I explain to her that we had refuse other offers for the van due to the contract we had enter with her. She was advice that we needed to find a new buyer for the car before we could return her money and if she refuse to purchase the van and the van sells for less money, she would have to be responsible for the difference in price. I gave her the option to help her on the issues she mention and she stated that she just wanted to get her money back. As of now the van is still for sale.
