In response to the complaint received from Ms. ***, I'd first like to apologize for the lack of customer service shown by the staff at [redacted] ***. In our defense the property recently changed ownership and management companies, and along with that came a new set of policies including those related... to the application approval process. As a team we have already gone through additional training regarding the entire process so that instances like this will not occur going forward. We informed Ms. [redacted] about the additional deposit which was stated in our rental criteria that see signed. She was also going to bringing a pet which was an additional $500 deposit which we told her we would make payment arrangements. We are more than willing to refund $300 to Ms. [redacted] as a customer service effort. Please let me know if there is anything else needed.

I am sorry you have not received your refund. Your check will be emailed priority mail today.
